Bluewater Sweden AB, co. reg. no. 556901-2866, is the data controller whenit comes to processing your personal data and is therefore responsible for ensuring that your data is handled correctly as prescribed by law. Within the EU/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies from 25th of May 2018.

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?
Personal data is all forms of information which directly or indirectly can identify a living person. It means details such as name, address, personal ID number, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address etc.
We collect personal data when someone visits our website and when someone makes a purchase in our web shop. This means electronic identity, information on goods purchased, price, date and any returns. Your details are also stored if you take part in competitions on social media and/or in events.

We can however refuse your request to erase your data if there exist legal obligations that prevent us from deleting certain data. This can also include information necessary for us to be able to maintain or defend legal claims.
You have the right at any time to file a complaint with an authorised inspection body (Swedish Data Protection Authority) as well as ask us to transfer your personal data to another company or data controller. This is possible provided it can be done on a technical and automated level.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Only authorised personnel who have access to the information within their professional capacity may access and process your personal data. This is based on an undertaking to only collect or use the data for the stated and legitimate purpose for which the information was collected.
